Continue to be professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, comparing to services during the winter months, there was a noticeable drop in service quality in May 2022. We surely hope that it was just a one-off slip. Please keep up with the good work. Your customers depend on you!

Everything went great. This is the second time we have used On The Go and both times had a 5 star experience. The fact that they have an integrated storage business was a big advantage to us as we were downsizing. They packed the truck so that they quickly unloaded at the new location, then back to their site to move the remaining items in to storage pods. The crew was outstanding and a pleasure to work with - Drew, Johnny, and Gordon. Would highly recommend On the Go and this crew in particular.

On The Go Moving was top rate from initial contact with Scot answering questions about booking the move to the very end of the unloading at the new destination. John and Parker arrived right on schedule. We did a walk through first, as not everything was going to our new address. A lot needed to be donated. So, the two efficiently first loaded all the furniture not coming with us and took it to the Goodwill. They then came back and loaded up the furnishings and boxes we were taking to our new home. They worked very quickly and extremely carefully. They double checked to make sure they had it all right as to where each item was going. When they arrived to unload at our new home they were always moving. You could say they were "on the go" constantly. They asked us where exactly we wanted each item and placed it accordingly. They both took pride in their work and it showed! John said their goal was to make sure the move went flawlessly and it sure did. Highly recommend this company.

I called Scott at On the Go Moving the day before my move. He fit me in the next day, and the moving crew even got to my place a little early which was great! The crew was very hard working and communicated well about which items should be moved and which items belonged to my roommate. When one of the movers had to leave because it was taking longer than he had expected, they got me a whole new crew in 30 minutes and didn't charge me for the time to switch crews. On the Go Moving was awesome, reliable, and carried all my furniture up a flight of stairs into my new place. Couldn't have moved without them!

I gave a very short notice - only 2 hours. They were able to accommodate me which was amazing! The guys who helped move my things were very prompt and professional. The pricing was fair, the service was fast, nothing was damaged. Recommend!

Great experience working with their team. They were super responsive and made moving in to our new place a very pleasant experience. Team was very professional and efficient. They got done in the agreed upon time and they took really good care of all our stuff while moving. Would highly recommend!!

Disappointing. I don't recommend them. They broke one of the items, which can happen during the move. But, the fact that they wrapped this item with their JACKET?? was the reason why that happened. And the way how they handled the damage claim was not professional, and the reimbursement was even close to the replacement. Also, they didn't follow what they showed in their promo video regarding placing protective pads on staircases, floors, etc. It's not worth it.

The movers were efficient and handled everything with care. They handled a few difficult to navigate spaces with no issues. This was one of the smoothest moves I've had thanks to the help from these movers.

On The Go did a fantastic job with my recent move. They were extremely professional and did a very high quality job! I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough about this company. Did their online reservation, got phone confirmation, e-mails two days and one day before and they showed up 10 minutes early. The three guys who came were AWESOME! Their estimate was for five hours and they took 3.5. I love that they charge by the hour depending on the number of guys they send. Seriously, I am writing this on the day they moved us (from a three story townhouse to a single floor house) and it could not have gone smoother.
