NE Nails & Tanning

I went there with my mom to have our nails look nice. Well instead, they gave me the wrong tip and was like "it's too late you get the French tip. That's all. No color." And I was already upset but when she started putting the acrylic on, she didn't push my cuticles back. So now I have acrylic all over my cuticles. And after they were done i noticed that most of my nails go in a triangle shape. Not to mention all my nails are different lengths. If you want something done right and look nice, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I repeat do not go to this place. However, if you want your nails pro look and feel like garbage, then feel free to.

The man has good customer service however Tina and the lady who did my toes, NO! Then Tina tried to convince me to get my toes painted color I told her No I want what I'm paying for. The girl doing the pedicure RUSHED through,it she was finished before everyone else that was there before I came. Completely UNSATISFACTORIED!

Go ANYWHERE else for good nails. Dirty place. Nail tech got upset when I asked her to change her gloves after handling money. Then she grew so rough with my hands, she chipped the acrylic on the spot. Instead of removing it she layered more acrylic on top of it. I asked her to stop as this caused the nail to lose it's shape and she became very argumentative stating she'd eventually file it down. Which she didn't. Then without asking, as I turned to talk to a fellow customer, she began to clip the broken nail from underneath. Ouch!!! The gel polish application was so thick, it got on my fingers and began to lift a few days later. I asked for a discount for her poor service and argumentative tone and she threatened to call the police. This place is an absolute circus from the depths of dantes inferno. You have been warned.

7/31/2021 They are still open. Their phone is down but are doing walk ins very quickly and efficiently. The help here was friendly and attentive. The best manicure and pedicure I’ve had in a long time.

I went here and got my nails done for 67 dollars. The very next day my nails were falling off. She didnt do l them the right way either. I went back. They still fell off so I went back a third time and the lady told me she was going to charge me to fix the nail. If you're spending that much money to get your nails done, it should be quality. I highly recommend not coming to this place because these people dont know how to treat their customers nor do nails.

i have been a loyal customer for years today however i was treated extremely poorly and the lady was so rude i don’t think i will ever go back

I came in to get my eyebrows done and the lady told me to wait 10 minutes which I had no problem with. She pulled me back to do my eyebrows and she rushed and place the wax where ever and the completely messed up one of my eyebrows. Even if I go home and try to fix it myself it still with be messed up. She rushed to do them and they look horrible. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the LAST time she messed them up and then she does it again ? I will never go here again. And the place is gross looking and looks run down.

This place was a joke. Came in got an acrylic set, she caused me to bleed from cutting my cuticles way to far down. Did NOT clean tools in between customers. Step mom got dip powder the lady did dip then put gel polish over and didn't even give her what she wanted. Made her nails way to thick. Place was dirty. And NOT worth the money.

Took my daughter here to get her nails done they had cockroaches all over the place.

SUPER nice and decent price compared to other places but just ain't it. Asked for a color and some nails are lighter than others and even spots on some nails are lighter/ darker. Very uneven coloring. Their lotion smells good too
