Usually request dry cleaning and laundry services for suits/blazers...everything comes back clean, sharp, and pressed as requested. Customer service is honest, friendly, and on point. Overall quite satisfied with provided services.

The weather has been cold and wintry. I am handicapped and use a walker at times. The clerk was so kind to hold the door for me. When my coat was finished that clerk also heled me with the door. I don't use a commercial laundry/dry cleaner very often but have always had the best results with Max I Walker, no matter where I was at the time.

I am happy with the dry cleaning process, fantastic service, and timeliness! They were able to get a stain out of a blouse and slacks that I thought were ruined. Bev works wonders!! Will continue to bring my clothes that need to be dry cleaned to this location!

I had wonderful service after dropping off a dress, tux and shirt for a ball. The only issue was I arrived just minutes before closing in the drop off date. The clerk behind the counter made a comment that she could have locked the door but didn’t. I may have somehow missed the punchline. It’s not a big deal but probably not something you say to a new customer

I had a wonderful experience with Bev and her staff. They are very patient with me on explaining details, very considerate on giving me the red laundry bag and helping me carry my clothes to the car (and hang them properly inside!). The store is clean and have simple decor, exactly what I think of the place and people can take good care of my clothes!

I paid to have a gown pressed for a dinner tonight to celebrate the Air Force's birthday. At pickup the lady insults me and says "no offense to your friend but I'd never wear this dress to a wedding" and proceeds to tell me about her and her friend mocking it all night. I paid and left annoyed, just to get home and realize they never even pressed it. I do not recommend this location.
