Ridiculed that when we got a storage unit it was 50 bucks now my husbands paying 120 a month you'd think prices wouldnt jump so much...

Courtious service, but be carefull when you go to clear your unit. They may not do it. I cleared mine a month ago and I am still recieving late notices for a unit I should no longer have. They also, apparently, don't respond to their public email address.

This place was flooded out. Not a good, safe place to store your valuables because if Bellevue goes under water, this storage unit place will be affected ! All the houses And businesses that are around this storage place have been torn down. Be aware

I have been renting storage here for probably 15 years now . Have always been treated more like family than a customer .the flood left a very bad taste in everyone's mouth , but if we are looking for someone to blame , start with the Corps of Engineers . I am still renting from Harold and Lindsay and they have bent over backwards to help me with my small problems . I'm staying . It's easy to forget in our pain and loss how it has effected the storage space owners . What a terrible heartbreaking thing to go through . I know Harold worked unbelievably hard to clean up the mess , I observed it in person every time I was on site working on my small mess with my stuff . Many times I asked him how he kept going and that I would have given up long ago . He had hundreds of times the work that I did plus lost property near by . This was and is their source of income . I appreciate all that they have done for me .

Lost my 66 mustang show car to the flood. And my tools approx 65k gone. You can change the name but it is till in the same flood plane. The water was up to the roof. My car was submerged. If you like to gamble then take a chance.

Make Space has responded quickly to my emails and questions, charged a fair price, and contacted me about a change in my storage spot in a timely manner. I drive past on a regular basis due to working nearby, and we our satisfied with the security in place. Thanks!

Not a safe location to store your valued goods or pride and joy. Look up floods 2019 Paradise Lakes on YouTube, Google and all the local news networks. Check out the videos from March 2019 onwards from the Bellevue PD. This location used to be the rental office for Paradise Lakes mobile home community. It's now a storage business office and auto repair shop. Strange thing is that on the building frontage it says Helms. The name must surely be a coincidence because the Bellevue City Council would never be so insane as to confirm a business license to a company owned by the same family that didn't have the insurance cover to pay for the devastation to the homes that were once there. The same Bellevue City Council that bailed out the business entity Paradise Lakes and that cost their tax payers millions of dollars. But who knows who knows who in this day and age.
