Very professional and courteous; a very smooth experience and was in and out in not time at all. I definitely recommend their services.

I've owned cars and have been driving since 1975 and have had thousands of oil changes but this experience is #1 of all time. Alex is operating a very well trained team of experts not only in duties, but in their customer satisfaction. Outside the military I've never experienced such an awesome group of people that worked so well together as the "Well Oiled" (pun intended) machine. They kept me entertained with their well rehearsed communications skills. Great job Alexander R, Matthew W, Anthony M, & Jonathon T.

The technicians were friendly and efficient. They worked well together, getting us in and out so quickly that I barely had time to get through 1&1/2 of the 5 picture books I had brought with to read to my 5 yr old while we waited! :-)

Adam and George were especially helpful and did their best on a very warm day to fix what was wrong with my son’s car.

I have a 2019 Ford F-150 with the plastic oil plug. Tech changed my oil as requested, but used the old plastic plug pan bolt. This bolt/plug must be changed during ever oil change as required by Ford to prevent leakage. As a result of reusing the oil plug leaked and This Jiffy Lube denied responsibility!!! Definitely will not use Jiffy Lube again.

Stopped by for an oil change and the guys here ended up getting my car back to tip top running condition! Oil change, coolant flush, transmission flush, tires rotated and installed new head lamps for me. Very pleased with the level of customer service I received and didn't take very long at all considering all the work they did for me! Definitely check them out the next time your vehicle needs serviced!

Mark (general manager) was courteous, professional, and he and his team worked quickly. Compared to usual operations at this location, I have to say that the stay-in-your car COVID service was lightning fast compared to my two prior visits where we waited a bit longer in the waiting area while our oil was changed! Either way, I’ve always had a good experience at this location. Thank you!

I came in today, 8/30/2020, and was helped by Alex, Tony, and Erich. They changed my oil, refilled my coolant, did an overall check of my car (Lights, tire pressure, etc.), and changed my air filter. They were super quick and all very polite! I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They were very helpful! I will definitely be back again.

This my my first oil change during covid so I didn’t know we were to stay in our car but Alexander, Jonathan, and Zach we’re extremely profession and quick with everything. Recommended and easily priced what should and could be done. Appreciate their work and how quickly I was in and out. Definitely recommend these guys!

Mark, Eric, and Anthony did a wonderful job communicating what was going on with my car and what needed to be fixed. They were courteous and made sure that I felt safe during these pandemic times. The wait to be serviced was not long at all, and they worked quickly and efficiently.
