Jensen Tire & Auto Bellevue

I’ve dealt with Allan at Jensen twice now, once for tires on my Shelby and now my Audi. The tire situation for my Shelby turned into a little snafu due to the carbon fiber wheels it had, throughout the process he was straight forward and honest and provided a solution. That’s why I’m back with tires for the Audi. Done professionally no complaints on my end which these days can be difficult. Thanks again!

I have been a customer of this particular location for more than just a few years. Every time I have, their service representatives are always very courteous and answer all my questions. The work they perform is beyond reproach, and the prices are very reasonable.

The technician was friendly, confirmed all the pertinent information on the car, and they got to work right away. Waiting area was clean and comfortable . Thank goodness the TV was NOT set to the Hallmark Channel this time. They completed the oil change and tire rotation in about 45 minutes.

Jensen tire is the best around. They always manage to get me in, even under urgent circumstances. I’ve never been charged for a tired needing patched and I’ve had quite a few. You guys are seriously the best.

The guys at Jensen went out of their way to help me out. They were able to fit me in for a same-day appointment and got my oil change and brake inspection done before the afternoon was over. They did a terrific job and were extremely friendly and professional. As if that wasn't enough, the bill was way less than I expected. 10/10 Today Jensen became my go-to for car maintenance and repair.

BLUF: Great customer service. Reasonable pricing. Look forward to returning for future maintenance! I brought my Jeep here to get a second opinion after another mechanic told me I needed my timing chain to be replaced (I had taken my Jeep to get looked at due to the check engine light coming on). The team at Jensen did a thorough job diagnosing my Jeep and informed my that my timing chain was perfectly fine and did not recommend replacing it. What they did recommend replacing was a part in my steering column. Replacing this part not only cleared all of the codes but saved me about $2200!!! Everyone I interacted with was fantastic and I look forward to bringing my Jeep and future vehicles to Jensen!

Requested a specific time for services and was not able to get the exact time due trying to schedule last minute. However, my vehicle was taken care of the same day I requested. An oil change and tire swap was completed much faster then I expected. Overall my experience was terrific with the staff and quality of work/prices.

I have had them replace belts, brakes, engine work, of course tires. Their pricing is reasonable...for us about 30% less than dealership. A couple of times, they didn't have the equipment to do the repair but were upfront and honest. They will have our business.

I recently purchased new tires through Goodyear online and selected Jensen to install them. They were able to work with my ability as the original appointment time did not work, and I actually got an appointment earlier in the week than originally planned. The tire install took less than an hour, and any questions I had were answered clearly. The waiting area was clean and quiet - perfect to get some work done. I will definitely return for any future services needed!

Dropped our car off after hours on the Tuesday of Thanksgiving week. One tire had a slow leak. All bays were full so we were not sure they would get to it the next day which would mean it would sit til after the holiday. To our delight, we were contacted midday on Wednesday that the tire was repaired and ready to pick up. Great service! Also, a very reasonable $29 repair! We will definitely use them again for future car repairs! Thank you!
