I made an online order for takeout and when I got to the store, the drive thru was packed. So I decided to go in and these guys in the kitchen were killing it! Dan(?) and Jessica were able to maintain the staff during their rush and still have their best customer service. I think Dan was the manager and he did an amazing job being attentive to his staff, drive thru, and even myself waiting in the lobby for food. They even gave me extra breadsticks for waiting which was not needed but appreciated!

We love their bread sticks and the food is good. They had a problem with the soda machine. There was no Diet Coke and no ice. On the good side, Amber is a very good worker. She was cleaning tables and we had a nice chat with her. She is courteous and a very nice person.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Incredibly cheap and delicious pasta. The friendly workers and unlimited breadsticks are the highlight though. Me and my lads went here 2 nights in a row. We combined to pound well over 80 breadsticks. A big plate of pasta was 5 dollars. Ridiculously cheap and super kind workers. Go here, enjoy your authentic Italian experience.

We no longer live near a Fazoli’s so it was fun to stop in and enjoy a sit down meal. Our server, Grace, took great care in making sure we had everything we needed, and checked on us several times. Thanks, Grace!

Not even close to what it used to be no ice and despite letting them know TWICE it was never refilled. Food warm but not hot and edges of sgetti were dried out. Prices have skyrocketed and quality of goods and service have plummeted.

I haven't been to Fazoli's in years until recently and let me tell you, I now frequent this place multiple times a week! Don't let the name fool you when I tell you their boneless wings are to die for! Be prepared to wait because they make them to order but trust me you won't be disappointed. Also, their Chicken Carbonara and meatball sliders are so good. They staff what seems to be high school kids but I was very impressed. They were courteous and knew what they were doing! Fazoli's, you have thoroughly impressed me!
