Fairytale Grooming

Very caring staff, I was very happy with my experience there and plan to go back. My pup was well cared for and came home looking great!

We showed up for dogs appointment and when we got to the store it was locked closed no note no nothing we been calling all we get is an answering machine with no excuse or explanation of what's going on we have older dogs that do not like riding in cars and it was very traumatizing for them also if you want to stay in business treat your customers better than that I would give you zero stars but I had to read something you really need to learn something about customer service and taking care of your customers very very disappointed still haven't heard back from you we probably won't.

I've taken my dogs here for years and they are the best groomers ever! They're never too busy to help us and they love all the dogs! Great business!

I have been using Fairytales Grooming Service for around two years now. I am more than pleased with them and my Poppy loves his "spa days." Christy and her staff are knowledgeable and careful about attending to detail. Their fees are reasonable and when I have had emergencies come up, I have found them to be flexible and accommodating. I simply cannot imagine a better place to take your fur baby for grooming.

I have been using Fairytale for years now. They have been accommodating with my schedule, with knowing that my dog is anxious and not always gracious when being handled. they are patient with him, helpful with giving me feedback. As to the one bad review on here, I would say that that is a fluke as they are accountable and always get back to me or are there. They do indicate that if Bellevue school is cancelled they will not be in, possibly was one of those days. Reasonable prices and does great job on services!

First time using Fairytale Grooming and I am so impressed. Fast, reasonably priced, and my baby looks GREAT!! He's not the easiest customer and they did an amazing job! Will definitely be back!!

After leaving several messages between my husband and I, they finally called my husband back denying they got any of my messages at all. They booked us for a 1030 on a Tuesday, we showed up and they turned us away stating they have a 15 minute late policy, that our appointment was for 10. After explaining how urgent this appointment was, how we waited 1 week for the appointment that my husband put it in his calendar immediately after he got off the phone with them, they insisted it was our error. The difference of 30 minutes would have made no difference to us. Mind you, we just inherited my grandfathers schnauzer (he desperately needed groomed) after my grandfather recently passed. This appointment was also for my 15 year old dog as well, so we brought both our pets! Though there is a chance it could have been our error, there was zero compassion, they only offered us to reschedule for a different day. I left saying they lost our business and i would write this review to prevent this from happening to others, they absolutely did not seem to care. Very sad that they apparently get so much business that customers are not valued.

I have had only great experiences at Fairytale Dog Grooming! I have a Havanese and a Maltese and they are both treated so well and look fantastic after their grooming every time! My Maltese has pretty bad anxiety because of his past as a puppy mill survivor and I let the groomer know this. On the day of his appointment, she called first thing in the morning to let me know there may be some noisy dogs that might scare him and offered to groom him on her day off instead. While I still took my dog in since other dogs barking don’t usually bother him, I deeply appreciated this offer and it just goes to show that they truly care about the dogs they see! I will continue supporting Fairytale Grooming and refer people here!

If you have a larger dog, they won't do it here. 😅 what kind of grooming salon turns away larger dogs... …

They do so great with my dog. I’ve been taking him there over a year now and not once a bad cut.
