Corwin Toyota of Bellevue

We haven't used Corwin Toyota services but just a couple times. The first visit was decent. The atmosphere in the waiting area is top notch. But, our second visit was not good. We visited for a routine oil change and other minor services and our car was returned to us with bumper/fender damage. Corwin verbally admitted and their own video shows that our car entered their garage without damage, but because some video captured elsewhere around the building is not high enough quality they apparently cannot see with certainty someone physically doing the damage to the car. Thus, they claim they're off the hook. Their customer service manager who returned our request for inquiry then decided to flip the tables since video supposedly is fuzzy and blamed us for the damage. Always a nice touch. While the damage is minor, it's still not how we delivered the car to Corwin Toyota, nor how anyone wishes for their car to be returned to them. Unfortunately, we did not do a complete walk-around of the car before taking it home before noticing it. To top it off, Corwin's "careful" maintenance team also left inside our vehicle an aerosol can of Frigi-Fresh cleaning chemical, found by none other than a small child ready to spray it. In case you're wondering, the hazards and first-aid warnings emphatically indicate nothing good happens when this chemical gets on your skin, eyes, etc. Call ambulance is the first warning. Discard clothing if it gets on your clothes. Do not return to car for 10 minutes after using. Exactly NOT what you want your young child to find. Thankfully, we weren't also making a trip to the ER as a result of Corwin's carelessness. Long story short, we have found within 2 short visits attention to detail not to be one of Corwin Toyota's best attributes, and their cheerful customer service smiles to last only until they realized they damage your car and left bottles of cleaning chemicals lying around for small children to find. Then they deny everything and shut down communication. We will not be returning.

I usually buy cars privately but Corwin had a 4runner that checked all the boxes for me. The salesman I worked with, Brad, was transparent about everything, honest, and knowledgeable. He didn't try and push anything on me I didn't want and helped me get everything ready quickly despite my tight schedule. He sets the bar pretty high for other salesman! The finance and warranty guy I worked with, Coy, was also very honest and knowledgeable. He also did not try and sell me anything I didn't want, respected my budget, and also got me in and out quickly.

If you're looking for a car look no further than Corwin Toyota in Bellevue. By far they have the most inventory, best customer service and most beautiful dealership in the area. Lance Thomlison has helped me purchase my last two cars. I just call him up, tell him what I'm looking for and he finds it. He makes the process effortless. The professionalism, knowledge and integrity of his salesmanship is second to none. When I stop in for my maintenance Lance always makes time to say hello and catch up. Mario in sales helped my husband and I with our new big purchase! We were expecting our first baby and wanted a reliable vehicle that would last long and be functional. The Tundra we got is a perfect car for our little family! The baby came a month early, and we had to come up with a way to complete the singing process with a two-day-old newborn- Mario and Robert, from the finance, were very accommodating and understanding of our situation. Mario just started at Corwin, but he was knowledgeable and most of all, very down-to-earth. We felt well taken care of! Robert from finance, was also awesome- he did his magic and made sure that we met our desired monthly payment. As a newly wed, young couple with a newborn baby, we were obviously worried about this purchase breaking the bank. However, at the end, Robert ensured that our monthly payment was realistic and manageable. We cannot appreciate both of them enough! I know buying a car is stressful, especially right now with the market being crazy, but these guys will take care of you. 100% recommend!

Great experience with Zach Horn, got us a nice deal on a used mini van. Finance guy pushed payment up 6$ more a month then we verbally agreed with but not a deal breaker. Warranty guy overly pushy but it’s fine we didn’t buy the warranty. Would shop for a car here again.

Ordered a part, I called and they said it was on since Saturday (now monday).. I do not understand why I did not receive a call on Saturday. Came in to pick up part, rang service bell, waited 10min, rang again, 4min rang again, 2 min later guy arrives.... I'm at almost 5million views, so I try never to really complain, but I was hoping to have time to look at and purchase a new car.... That is not going to happen.... A person's time is valuable, it's time that can never be recaptured, those of you that follow my Google reviews and podcast know how much I hate losing time... I will say that everyone is very friendly, it seems like a very nice facility.. But there is definitely a lack communication and promptness and to me that's one of the most important things in a service industry.

Fantastic purchase experience! I drove 385 miles from my home to purchase a vehicle from them. Highly recommend Cody K. salesperson, he was very attentive and helpful. Coy in finance was thorough and very easy to deal with. Total time at dealership was less than 3 hours, even though they were very busy. Awesome job, I will purchase any future vehicles here.

Ethan helped be buy my first brand new 4Runner! He was great. I called several dealerships because the 4Runner I wanted was very specific- all others had told me there was waitlist to be put on AND I'd have to pay a deposit! Ethan found the one I was looking for- it was already on it the ship coming into port. He said "It's yours if you want it, no wait list!". SOLD! We came from out of town with 2 little ones so he did what he could ahead of time for paperwork and helped us get in and out as fast as possible. All around Corwin was great, but Ethan was great to work with. He was also very patient with me as an excited new 4Runner owner! I text him weekly asking about ETA. It did get pushed back a few weeks, but that's completely out of his control. Down to earth and friendly, never pushy.

This is now the second time I have had an amazing experience at Corwin. Not too long ago we traded in my wife's car for something bigger due to our growing family, and the only vehicle we liked just so happened to be the Managers demo vehicle and he gladly removed his items and sold it too us. Meanwhile, the amazing facility made the trip an adventure for my young children. Due to that positive experience, I returned just a few months later and traded in my Tacoma for a Tundra and was yet again met with exceptional service. Drew Tyner and Joe are the best guys I have ever worked with, and I no longer have the need for any other dealership within the Midwest. Thank you Corwin of Bellevue for allowing your employees to provide such excellent service. Vinny, you and your guys rock!!!

The facility is top notch! The best part is that there is plenty of room for everyone. They have various types of beverages to have while you wait. We use this facility for service to our leased Toyota Hybrid. The location is conveniently located near us so it’s a quick trip there. The hours of operation are very accommodating and convenient. The staff is very helpful and the tech they use is awesome. We can communicate via text at any time. We can approve or decline work that may need to wait a little. The Devore inside though is over the top. They have a stream that runs across a themed western area. It’s fun to look at and see how elaborate it is. There’s plenty of seating and plenty of work stations as well if you decide to wait. Overall, I’m very content here and I would recommend it to anyone.
