Chick-fil-A

I am so glad we live near this location. Everyone is always courteous and Mr. Deall, the restaurant operator, is extremely accommodating, friendly, and goes beyond expectation in service! The line is quick and food delicious, as always.

It was ok. I’ve had better. My spicy chicken sandwich had a grotesque amount of chewy fat on it. I would’ve taken it back, but it was late and I was tired (8 pm). There’s so many places better than chick-fil-a. I think CFA is has me teetering on the brink of never eating fast food again.

I waited 20 minutes for my food. Not a first, but my order must've gotten cleared. Only 3 orders went out before one of the young ladies made eye contact. She kept calling orders a couple more times. She asked my name, I told her. She scanned back to it, tapped the screen and brought me my food and apologized. I was a manager for 25 years, it happens. What I was kinda disappointed in was the two young men just standing around, basically goofing off. There was an older lady changing trashes, another sweeping the lobby, but these two had nothing to do? 🤔 Might need a little more structure and leaders in the evenings. Just a thought. Otherwise it was a good, not great, transaction. Thanks!

This location always misses something…love the food and friendliness but they always forget something. Yesterday they didn’t give us salsa for our breakfast burrito or bowl #4652674. It wasn’t like they forgot an entree but hope they can work on little details moving forward…

I used to love this location but no so much lately. Really feels like fast food now. As of our last visit the play area is still closed and all good is order as to go. It’s a VERY busy location. We went on a weekend day and it was so crowded. I really love the food but not the atmosphere at this location. If able would recommend the 72 location. Play area is open and the atmosphere is like it always has been. If that doesn’t matter to you. The food is Great. Would recommend drive thru for this one.

Visited the drive through, so no atmosphere rating, but the people are always so nice! I don't think any Chick-fil-a has ever gotten my order wrong, either. My favorite "fast food" restaurant 😍

Service was great, everyone was very friendly. Food was warm(except the Mac an cheese which was nice n hot) we went at an off peak time. Cashier was very helpful as were all the staff we interacted with. If food would of been hot would of given more stars.

I’ve never been one to leave bad reviews but this has happened a few times. I order a large fry and they fill it as if it were a small. I feel like my money was wasted and that I have been taken advantage of. Again this is not the first time this has happened with this location.

We hadn't been here in a while. Fast drive thru, hot food and reasonable prices! The spicy chicken deluxe is great but my personal favorite was the mac and cheese! So yummy! We asked for extra Chick-fil-A sauce, which they kondly provided and they honored my request fpr no ice in my dr pepper. Thanks for a yummy lunch!

Chick-fil-a is always a solid option. Employees are pleasant and the food is quality. I had the Chicken Noodle Soup for the first time and I enjoyed it. My daughter liked her salad as well.
