Personally I dont understand the complaints. First time here and WILL be back. Actually cut my hair how I wanted and even said if its not short enough I am welcome to come back within the week to fix any issues. But I came home and styled it and Ive no complaints. They were nice and welcoming. Especilly Ann whi cut my hair. Very sociable, polite and professional. Even sending my daughter here. No complaints here!! Thank you Ann. Thank you!

Skyler does an awesome job, especially if you would like a stylish haircut. She confidently takes her time to get it done right and making her client's look sharp. I am definitely going to her again.

I wish I didn't have to give one star. I took my daughter in to get a cut. I asked for layers to help her be able to brush it easier. The woman complained that she needed a thinning, not layers. I said I would like both. The woman pulled on my daughters hair through the whole thing to the point of tears. She complained to my daughter through the whole thing making her feel very belittled. She gave me dirty looks through the whole thing. She still refused to give my daughter layers and at the end, actually said to me "that child needs help". I'm sorry, but like I told the lady, yes, that's why we are at a hairdresser. Even after all she did was thin my daughters hair, she still charged me extra because her hair is thick. On to the lady that did mine. I asked for a shampoo, cut (also layers), and style. She informed me they were to busy to shampoo (mind you they don't take appointments. I tried.) She said OK for the layers I wanted in the back of my hair but cut my hair straight. And only sprayed stuff in my hair for the style. This is the worst place I've ever been. The ladies working are rude. I will advise to not waste your time. Do not waste your money. And pass this message along to your friends.

My son loves going here. Every time we have been here the staff was friendly and even made my shy son perk up and smile by the end. Miss Stephanie is his favorite and his hair turns out how we want it every time. I've also taken friends, and other family there as well, all with positive experiences.

Price is good. Customer service not impressive. I walked in sat for 5 mins until I was finally greeted. One stylist was cutting hair and the other was busy doing her own make-up. But a few bucks saving isn't worth waiting 30 mins.

There aren't enough kind words that I can say about Mark. The owner treats his employees like family. He truly appreciates every client that walks through the door and will go above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied. I recently lost a loved one in my family and the support I've received from Mark and LauraLee has been amazing. I will never forget their kindness through such a tough time for me. A lot of people go to chain salons for their haircuts but I think it's very important to support small businesses, because your money is going to a family-owned business, where he is so supportive of his stylists. I couldn't be more grateful to be working around such awesome clients and in such an great atmosphere. Out of all the jobs that I've had, having Mark as a boss makes you really appreciate the attributes that he has, compared to other bosses that I've had.

Only giving 4 stars because the lady that should be cutting my hair right now is over a half hour late for my appointment. Other then that the cuts are good and trimmings are great. Love this place. Just be sure you have time because majority of the time they are late getting in except for Michelle & Ann.

The ladies there are so nice. I had my sister come with me. We both have thin hair and it's hard to find someone you can trust to not chop all our hairs off. We both got our hairs trimmed. We will be returning.

I think for the last 10yrs I have been cutting my own hair, because I've always been afraid to go get my hair cut after another place cut my hair into a mullet.. but I decided to go here to get my hair cut and I'm so happy I did. I've gone here twice now and I love coming here so much. They take their time to cut your hair and I'm so happy my hair is cut right here. Highly recommend!!!! The price is extremely underpriced for the amount of work they put into people's haircuts. They are amazing.❤️

Tracy cut my husbands hair in less time than it’s ever taken anyone and was 100% efficient. She then cut my hair and was absolutely wonderful. She was so easy to talk to, she was a real human being and I appreciated that so much. I don’t know who else was working but she was so nice to! Amazing prices, amazing employees and we will absolutely be back! We will bring our baby there at 6 months to get his hair cut!! Thank you Tracy!!!!!!!!
