Called twice and was told they would be there and never showed up

Lori is definitely my favorite! She is literally the best and her coworkers are pretty great too! They are always trying their best to make the ride as safe and comfortable as possible! I am always using them and they are my favorite service and have fair prices!

Driver was unprofessional rude to a passenger went through a stop sign was speeding late last night never want him again the 1st two were great

Not my 1st time needing their services. But I've got to say this guy was super nice very hopeful and very respectful. Even their dispatch was super nice r if I had 10 thumbs they would totally get 10 thumbs up

I have called Bluffs Taxi services many times. Calling taxi company not the issue at all. Sometimes you have want for a taxi pick you from your location. Wat times can vary. I have waited at different locations within the city up to two hours to pick up. Not enough taxis in service. I have had some very positive experiences with most of the drivers. I have had a very bad experience with a female driver with my neighbor and I together shared a taxi together. We return from shopping. I went to my apt to get the wagon to get our things out of the taxi. When I return with wagon. My neighbor had to move things for a second time. This female told my you have to the thing so she could back out. My neighbor informed her you can go forward and get out back of building! The alley has away out going forward to one of the streets. After my neighbor moved the ideas out. The taxi did go forward and left by the alley. This driver rude to my neighbor. The driver had her hands on hips and just watched my neighbor move the bags in the alley. Did help my neighbor move the bags just watched her. My neighbor has been in pain because of moving bags again. My neighbor has stiff neck and not able move her head because the amount pain she has been after this last trip. We both have had positive experiences with all male drivers, will to help you get your belongs in and out of the taxis. The male drives are very good deal with! We do trip all the drivers. When they helps us get our bags in and out very good tips from us! The male drivers are friendly and within to help you! Would ride with male drivers over a female driver! I want give one star for my review. I could not give that because of the male drivers.

I had one to many drinks and decided it wouldn’t be the best idea to drive home. so I called them, the lady on the phone couldn’t have been nicer, I said I was parked behind the bar ( I work there ) and she said she would let him know and it would be about 30 minutes. 30 minutes go by and I get a call saying he’s there, But I don’t see him in the back, I offer to walk to the front of the bar to which I am told that the driver has refused to take me anywhere... why? I have no idea. Never even saw him. Very annoying not like I did anything to make him not want to take me, at least I don’t think? Anyways wouldn’t recommend

My boyfriend unexpectedly needed a ride from Harrahs to downtown Omaha at 3 am. He only had cash so couldn’t do Uber. I didn’t expect them to answer the phone since no one else did. But the dispatch lady was really nice, and the cab got there in 5 minutes! We’ll definitely keep these guys in mind if we need it again!

I am a ts/sci grade 15 colonel in the dcsa and if you don't know what that is well guess what who cares just know that Colonel Anderson when it comes to securing my wife and kid and myself not only is Bluffs taxi the cheapest they are the one that I trust. PERIOD

Dispatch is very nice and accurate with price quotes drivers are very friendly would be 5 stars but the cabs need a serious upgrade
