Got dock right away. Started loading after 1:45 hr then 1:45 to load. 3 hours total

I went in early for pickup, still it took them 10.5 hours to for loading. Worst experience.

Checked in 3hrs before my appointment and the guy gave me a door right away. 30 min of loading and was out of the facility. Thank you

I give it one star since it depends on the person who is in Shipping whether they like you or not, the place is new and somewhat spacious but the Warehouse staff must pay more attention to their work, the conditions are there to work efficiently but that depends on how much you love your work thanks

Don’t come before your appointment time Thay will send you back Thay not allow to park there lot but can park in Walmart with No truck parking sign. Need pickup number start with CS000******

Had a 10am appointment on a Sunday, was done and out by 11:15 am. Only thing...they have a shipper and receiver side. I first went on the shipper side, only to have a sign there to go around the building and check in at receiver, and then to come back on docks on shipper side. Stupid waste of time. Polite staff otherwise.

Good experience. Shipping on the backside of building. Clean bathroom in shipping office. Was offload in less than 2 hours. Very nice people. Walmart across the street but limited parking. Not sure about overnight parking

Gonna have to give 1 star, early or late they consider your a work in. I can understand late, but early?? You can tell the person making these kinds of rules have never driven a truck. We're miracle workers, mind readers, and magicians, I forgot...

I showed up at 8:45 am. My appointment was 1 PM. There was not many trucks checking in so they gave me a dock. I was loaded and gone by 10AM. No matter what, drivers be respectful. They do their best to get u in and out fast. Attitude is Key. Be kind.
