Bellevue Garden Apartments

Very cheap, crooked owners. Management has been very bad aswell. There is quite a few people living there, I do not even want to be anywhere near. Thing have been improving slightly very recently. Still can't get over the people that would even own this place! Let alone imagine how bad the ones are that actually do. Police are there consistently. Most apartments could easily get broken into, they "overlook" a ton of stuff. Trash always blowing through the parking lot, to wash your clothes you need like 3 or 4 rolls of quarters, and try not to put them in the machines that don't work. This place is so damn cheap, they wouldn't let you use water if it didn't get them in trouble... Did I mention absolutely nothing on, in, or around these slums are maintained properly? They just wait for you know what to hit the fan, then fix only what should have got them in court months ago, and ABSOLUTELY nothing else, even if they know it's going to break the next day. I feel sorry for the people that have to put up with this kind of stuff, mostly because they can't afford much else, and then even some don't seriously look into finding their place other than the first page or two that pops up on Google. I've even seen bonfires going on here about 4 feet away from the entries, and literally 4 inches away from a crappy old fence. Cigarette butts everywhere, I wonder how many people cram into these tiny little two bedroom units.. I mean I live in Papillion with SO MUCH better EVERYTHING, and pay less than half the price per square foot of this place. And to top it all off I don't have to deal with cramped streets, completely blind drivers, Bellevue f**king police , I don't think I really have to list off like 50 other things. Goodluck!

This is by far the absolute worst apartment complex in Bellevue. The maintenance guy is a lazy piece of work. Never comes when you need him to, will wait till your not home to enter your apartment to attempt to fix a problem. The management is a joke. You will never actually get ahold of anyone when you call, your always left to the voicemail. They don’t care about anyone. Our apartment wasn’t even ready the day we were told to move in, our bedroom has a broken window which would leave us freezing every morning regardless if the heat was on or not. The hot water would go out all the time leaving us unable to shower. The people there are trash, leaving dog poop all over the place, never picking up the poop, leaving trash on the ground near the dumbster rather then actually just throwing it in the dumbster. Over all, I would never recommend anyone to live here regardless if the price is cheap. I hope I made everyone think twice before moving into this dump, cause I promise you’ll regret it if you do...

Place is awful. Management is rude and un reasonable. They hit u with surprise charges over time. And also they will tow your car away even tho u are a resident. And will not get it back out for you. Which in turn caused me to lose my job during this pandemic. DO NOT ever rent an apartment here. The worst place I have ever stayed

You get what you pay for! 🤷‍♀️ they’re not bad as long as you stay on top of Maintance.. whatever is broke or missing. Don’t stop bugging them till it’s fixed and replace or they’ll make you pay for it such as the blinds in the living room that were busted up and missing before moving in... 🤦🏻‍♀️. Make sure to lock your car doors up. Too many sticky hands... close to schools and parks. Which is a plus. Windows need replacing but they said those would get done spring of 2017 along with the mini playground up front.... still, it’s an affordable roof with walls so can’t complain too much.

RUN AWAY. These apartments are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. After living there for 1 year it is safe to say that I will never live in a more awful place then these apartments. lots of people on drugs.. It is not a safe environment for your children. keep them away. The management is absolutely terrible. They are rude and unhelpful and the maintance does not come down to the apartments more then once every few months. Our water heater broke 6 months in to the lease and it was never fixed. We called multiple times and it was never solved. I had to take showers at my gym for the remainder of my lease. The manager I had when I moved in got arrested for possession of a firearm. Then they had a new manager come in that seemed very shady. and he turned out to be very shady. Once we had moved out we had 1 more day to get our furniture out and the manager ended up taking our nice tables and couches that we were preparing to move and then when we asked about it he denied that he took them. Please tell me how myself and the manager are the only 2 people with keys and neither of us moved the furniture. seems like a shady lying manager if you ask me. Conveniently they were remodeling the office and needed some new furniture for the waiting room. After we had finally moved out of this junk yard, we did not receive any of our security deposit. We had a 500 deposit and it was completely absorbed for "damages" that we didn't even cause. These apartments are terrible, the service, is terrible, the people are terrible, the management is terrible, full of drug users/dealers, shady thieves. Just general scum of the earth and these apartments and the people in them are better off to be nuked. and then remade after 10,000 years.

Bellevue Gardens was terrible in 1979 and continues to be terrible even now. We moved out after 6 months of trying to tolerate terrible living conditions. We moved into Gaslight Village and lived there for 8 years.

I got my food and that's not always easy these days. Corporate people you spend all that on bullet proof glass but you can't buy a secure way to accept money or deliver goods. Like a big fold out drawer couldn't be installed. What makes you think only people on foot could rob a drive thru. You guys have your reasoning. If you want to cater to only vehicles under 8 foot anytime you want. I ate tonight thanks These guys were ninjas though, not scared at all. Even brought my food to the vehicle so I didn't have to wait in the cold

Moved out over a year and a half ago just didn't post a review at the time and then forgot. We cleaned, vacuumed, spackled and painted, made this place look nice before we left, we were charged 100 dollars for cleaning the refrigerator, which we also cleaned. You will not get your deposit back. A little less than okay living here. 3 star living 1 star everything else.

Put in an application over a month ago, cost me $40 to not hear anything. Have called several times and have not been able to get into contact with anybody. Took time off of work a couple of times to go up to the office durring business hours and nobody was even there.

Do not rent here! I tried to help someone get an apartment, and they collected his $40 application fee and it has been a month and they have not gotten a hold of him and he has not been able to get a hold of anybody there. They have not done any background checks or anything. Seems like they make their money off of collecting application fees and never processing them.
