Patient beware - be sure to ask about their fees. This office charges a HUGE amount for a new patient office visit - this is price gauging - for me it was $320, but I also had to make another appointment because they wouldn't cover what I needed during this first appointment. I won't be returning. Really disappointed in the presentation of their facilities - looked like 90's worn out decor. They are not putting money back into their facilities. Sad!

If I could rate the office staff a 0, I would. The employee that works in the billing department is extremely rude. I had $105 balance, $5 of which was 60 days past due but have not received any statements. She proceeded to inform me that I won’t be seen until the balance is paid in full. Time to look for a new provider that understands that sometimes life (cancer) happens and maybe be more empathetic with patients.

It is a real shame, I like my doctor BUT… with a few LAME opprobrious and quite RUDE front desk people, on top of a few VERY INEPT LAZY NURSES , whom THINK they can’t possibly be wrong….. I have very little tolerance for this behavior especially when it happens over and over again …. It seems to Always be a problem of some sorts! It makes me feel as though my healthcare is NOT their best interest. I can’t trust the minions and I’ll be going elsewhere. Other NebMed staff located in other facilities do not act or treat their patients like I and many others have been treated. They seriously need to revamp their unprofessional staff!!!

Dr SANIUK retired and took all care and concern with him. Was a patient for over 20 yrs there along with my family. The PA’s that have taken over refuse! to maintain any of the care or scripts you may have been previously on ( well charted needs and meds). If you need more than cold medicine ( which you can get OTC). Don’t go there!!

This place has completely gone downhill. I have gone here for 10+ years and in the past few years have been horrible. The front desk staff have completely ruined it for these doctors. Carmen was a phenomenal doctor and the only reason I came back. But after coming in multiple times for apts and being told that I have my times incorrect I’m over the miscommunication on their part.

20 + years going here, and they care less about you or your business. I ran into a dispute where I was told one thing and got another so I called the office and had the pleasure (jk) of speaking with Rachel. If you want to be interrupted multiple times, belittled, and spoken to condescendingly feel free to bring your issues to this Peach! She quick offered to release my documents. Don’t worry Rachel, maybe only a few people read these… thanks for taking care of half the issue though! Btw Carmen was a great guy!

I have no idea what all these bad reviews are about. I was recommended to use Bellevue Family Practice 20 years ago and I have not ever been disappointed once. They are helpful, friendly, efficient, have good follow ups/call backs and more than once gone the extra mile for me, and I am no one special.

The Dr. I saw, Dr. Biskup, I had an experience like no other, hands down one of the best! I was seen in July of 2021, again in September 2021 and was scheduled to come back in January but had to reschedule and the next available date was in April. During this course of time None of the staff ever mentioned that I had an outstanding balance from my FIRST visit, until I received an extremely unprofessional call in January 2022 from a lady in the billing department. Started the conversation off by stating I have a balance and if I don't pay it I will go to collections and my appointment will be cancelled. I tried to explain I had not received an invoice regarding this balance... At no point in time did she state 1- what I owed for or 2-what my balance was. After an unprofessional conversation I called back immediately and left a voicemail regarding this call and asked to be called back by someone else to discuss my balance. Never got a call back, so I called again and talked to a very pleasant lady who provided my balance in detail, but also stated I had already been sent to collections and that they could not schedule me until that balance was paid through the collection agency. I explained a little bit of the first conversation that I had with the rude lady and told her unfortunately because of this I would not be returning. I also told her that in my previous collection role I would have never made a call like this. They need new people in the billing department before they run all of the patients away!!

I would not recommend this place, just because of the women running the front counter! They're RUDE and are liars. The place has changed for the worse, and wondering what the doctors are thinking and why they are loosing clients! They sent me a bill for $50 saying I was a no show, I wasn't. Called them, only to be transferred to Rachelle the office manager, left her a message, didn't get a call back, get a new bill called again, and Nicki said it's because I refused to pay my copay. This is a flat out LIE. Never have they asked me to pay prior to my visits, EVER. They bill my insurance, and what my insurance doesn't pay, then I pay with our medical credit card my husband has through his work. When I went into the appointment, they asked my name, then something they never did, was asked for my SS#, before they only ask for your ID, then they asked for my DOB, then she goes do you know your co-pay went up, I said no, she goes that will be $70, I said, you need that now? She said yes. I explained they never asked for co-pay in the 10+ years I have been going there, that when I get the bill I call in with this medical credit card number my husband has for us. If I pay my $70 co-pay with my bank card, I will never get that back through my insurance and the women at the desk, kept leaning back in her chair repeating everything to someone in the office next to her. I even called my husband while I was there, he was on the road and couldn't get pulled over to give me that information. She asked if I could reschedule, I said, no, the way you treated me, I will seek another clinic. Found a new one and I love my new doctor, the people at the front desk were GREAT, personal, friendly, and guess what, this clinic also said they were not giving me the right dose on my thyroid medication I have been taking, so I'm glad I have a doctor that knows what they are doing and his team that is looking out for me and my health...OH, and THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR A CO-PAY.
