Bailey Demolition is a great resource to have in a time of crisis. A pipe burst left us in need of their services and they were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. They helped middleman the insurance process and pointed me in a direction to fix the cosmetic damages after everything dried up. I was happy to be referred to them and I'd refer them over again!

I had 2 no show's before getting in touch with Jake. He stopped by on his way home after a long day at work. He was thorough, practical, explained his evaluation of the damage from a water leak, and proposed a repair. He answered all my questions. When he and the workmen came , things were handled quickly, efficiently, and they cleaned up well after the demo. I appreciated his level headed, forthright approach. Would recommend and call him again if necessary (heaven forbid!)

Jake is great to work with. He responded immediately. He is very knowledgeable and provided some great advice. I felt that his expertise allowed us to solve our water issue quickly and with confidence that we can prevent the issue from happening in the future. If not, we will certainly call him again!

Jake and his team deconstructed a shed in our backyard. The shed was an eyesore and in bad shape. They had a dumpster delivered to the house, tore down the shed in no time, then had the dumpster removed and even power washed our driveway when they were done. Cleaned up after themselves, leaving nothing for us to do. The guys were great to work with! I would definitely recommend their services! We will use them again when the need arises.

I discovered my basement office had flooded on a Sunday. I had no idea where the water was coming from. It was terrifying. I did a search for water mitigation and Bailey Demolition was highly rated. I reached out to Jake and he was able to come out that day, figure out the source of the water and immediately begin the mitigation process. He helped me work with my insurance company to file and process a claim and directed me to a company for the renovation process. Jake was always available to answer questions and was very quick to answer. I would recommend them to anyone and if I ever need a similar service in the future he will be my first call.

I really appreciated how professional Jake was (answering all my questions). We had some trouble with my insurance adjuster not communicating, but Jake great to work with and did a good job moving our project along despite the hindrances. Scheduling was easy and they did a great job.

Jake and his team have been amazing to work with! After some flooding occurred in our condo, Jake helped with the demolition and was incredibly efficient, did a great job explaining plans and next steps before completing anything, and was great at communicating with us what their schedule looked like and timelines for completion.
