I confirmed grooming appointment for the next day with Jessica's sister who stated she was coming at scheduled time. When she didn't arrive the next day I called her and her sister and left a voicemail and texted both of them but never got a call back or text back. I would not recommend them due to poor customer service and reliability!

Jessica has been our groomer for almost 6 years! She does a wonderful job with our Golden giving her the perfect shorter haircut when needed and her special allergy baths. I would recommend her unconditionally!

Jess is the BEST in town! Her service, attention to detail and care of our pups is phenomenal!! She goes out of her way to make sure her client is satisfied. When she notices anything unusual about our pups (ear infections for example) we make sure to get them checked out right away by our vet. Recently, our doodle had an issue with one of her eyes and how her lashes grown inward and resulted in our doodle in pain and redness....I contacted Jess to get her opinion for what to do and she immediately offered to come to my house (on a Saturday) and trim her lashes for free!!! Our doodle is much better and back to normal. She goes above and beyond for her fur clients and it shows!!! We love her and couldn’t ask for anyone better to groom our pups.

We have gone to Jessica for years and she has taken great care of our Cocker Spaniel. She treats him so well and he is picky! We enjoy the new convenience of mobile grooming and would definitely recommend her services!
