Affordable Dentures & Implants

I have been coming to Affordable Dentures for years. I was just there 5/27 because I broke my partial in half. They were able to repair my partial the same day. With it being a holiday weekend, I'm very thankful. I will be going back in 2 weeks for a new partial. I have had 2 full upper plates from Affordable Dentures and have been extremely happy with them. Their prices are the very reasonable. The only downside is due to their quality and reasonable price, they book up very quickly.

Terrible lower partial, I gave it back immediately. It's been 8 months and they still haven't refunded my insurance company the amount they were paid so that money can be paid to the dental office that made my new partial. Keep looking folks, there's a reason they're cheap. The office staff and dentist are rude, and you'll wait for over an hour every single time.

I went to affordable dentures in December of last year. I checked in at 12:45, my appointment was at 1pm. I sat, waiting and I'm noticing other patients are coming in with 1:15 appt., and 1:45 and another. Mind you, I've been there since 12:45. So it's 2:15 and a white lady came in and checked in. 10 minutes later her name was called and she said, I believe some others were here before me. That's when I said I've been here since 12:45 and my appointment was at 1 pm. Then come to find out that my chart was put in the back. Then a lady said, " I don't know how that happened". So then I get in the back having 3 teeth extracted. I swear I feel like that lady dentist tried to hurt me on purpose. She stuck me with the needle and that last stick was traumatic. It hurt so bad that I cried. I didn't feel the extraction of the teeth, but that needle 😡 So I got my dentures and I can't eat anything with them in. Been trying to call, no answer, or, get VM and don't get a call back. I wouldn't recommend this dentist. The only thing my dentures are good for is smiling. #VERYDISAPPOINTED!!!

First appointment was 45 minutes late, had to go through the receptionist ans ask about my 9:30 appointment, when I finally got called back the person took me to get the x-rays then was told the doctor was not there for the consultation, so I chose economy plus and scheduled my next appointment for the impressions, and was called back late again, when the person who was going to do the impressions ask if I was getting a partial on the bottom?? Told her no they are getting pulled tomorrow. The next day when I was called back the person prepped me, the Dr came in and did not even introduce herself to me, just pulled my lower jaw down and proceeded to insert the needle to get me ready to pull the teeth, not professional at all, still don't know if what I have are temporary or permanent, the dentures look like the teeth of a 6 year old. Not happy.

We were told two weeks to get lower denture, two weeks up and I am told I have to come in for a wax fitting and the next available date is another 12 days away, I’m afraid to hear how much longer after that to get the actual dentures. All my lower teeth had to be pulled due to cancer treatment, already gone over 4 months with no lower teeth. I expected faster results, had I known this, I would have gone somewhere else!!!

Extremely slow service. First trip I waited over two hours past my appointment time before getting called. Second trip I waited over an hour past my appointment time. I then cancelled their services. They still charged my card for a new set of dentures that I never got and fought the charge back on the card. I would not recommend this place.

It is affordable. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. The receptionist is no help at all. She spends a lot of her time visiting. I was in the back room for 5 mins They are quick. All in all I guess it's worth the wait.

I was so scared before I arrived because I was lost,but I was so pleased with my visit that I have been telling everyone how happy I was to go here. Everyone is so kind,and professional and affordable is just the perfect name. If anyone is interested please give it a try,you will be glad you did.

Our first experience with my disabled relative as a patient was great, working within the healthcare field I was extremley impressed, however things have changed. Claims were not sent through insurance and there was never any communication about a balance, not a bill, a phone call, anything. On a return visit more than 8 months later we were notified about a 1200.00 balance. We were only notified of the balance after checking to make sure they would send the current encounter through both insurance companies. Customer service has been horrible and staff were unprofessional. The decline in service that has taken place is just sad and disappointing.

I got my temporary dentures November 19, 2021. I called to get an appointment to get my permanent dentures and asked what to expect. They said they would do an impression in the morning and I would come back the same day to get them. WRONG! First, I think they forgot me in the waiting room. I waited for over 1 hour. An apparent new employee worked with me. She did not use a dental bib/towel. I had orange stuff from the impression on my clothes and all over my face. She never explained one thing that she was going to do. She mixed up the glue in my dentures in the hallway then came dripping into the room and shoved them in my mouth. A few minutes later she came in and shot some other substance into my mouth. No explanation, no warning - nothing. She talked to herself the whole time - wondering out loud if she had forgotten something. Then she told me they'd call me when the impression is ready - probably next week and I'll have to go back at least once after that for the final denture. WHAT??? That's not what I was told! When you have a new employer, please, have your trainer stay by their side to guide them. This poor girl had no clue what she was doing. Make sure you give patients correct information. I'm terribly disappointed that I didn't come home with beautiful, permanent dentures. I am looking forward to getting them! This is the first unsatisfactory visit I've had at Affordable Dentures. Lisa is especially wonderful!
