My local parts store. Cashiers somewhat know what they're talking about but more importantly the manager is a stout gentleman who understands the life of a technician. I will continue to patronize this store.

I'm posting this on behalf of my daughter. "So I have to share this most awesome act of kindness that happened to me today.....after work my little battery light was on and since I live an hr away I figured I should get it checked out. Turns out it was the alternator and it was dying. I go to advance auto parts and not only do they have the part, but the guy calls in another guy and they both replace it FOR FREE! On the eve of thanksgiving. They were too kind and I was very appreciative. There are good ppl in this world 😊

Great customer service. They do free electronic diagnostics to see why a check engine light is on, and things like that. They will help you pick out the right parts you need for your Vehicle.

Christian was very helpful. Helped my boyfriend take the tail light off on his truck yo see what part he needed. It didnt take very long at all, either.

This is the worst automotive store I've been to. I've been here on multiple occasions and each time it gets worse. The employees seem to not care or not know what they are doing. I've even told them how to do their own job. I've even tried to apply for a job there to help out while they were hiring but every time I called they said they would tell the manager to call me and setup an interview. I called every other day in a total of calling 5 times and I've never heard again from them. This place is rogue and horrible. I recommend going across the street to somewhere where they actually know what they're doing. I do have to say there are people there who know what they're doing and help however much they can and those people know who they are but the majority of them have no clue.
