I feel confident leaving my boys (10months and 4yo) with the teachers and aids at A Step Ahead. My older boy has been with the Bellevue center since just after it opened. He loves his teachers and has learned so much - I literally can't believe the things he knows sometimes. He is always coming home talking about something new he learned or saw. The little guy has made so much progress since he started there at 4 months old - they work with him on all the milestones. He is always happy to see his teachers - it is clear he likes them too. The teachers very clearly care for them and their progress - they are also delighted to see us (parents) as well. One of my favorite things is to see the pictures we get sent throughout the day. Always recommending to other families.

A step ahead has great values, they truly care about the children, their parents and their staff members. It made the decision to join the company a no brainer. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the curriculum was well planned out, the children always seem to enjoy learning and the teachers are passionate about their jobs. I feel honored to be apart of such a wonderful company.

I have worked in all 3 of their locations. I love that they all mirror each other yet still have their own distinct characteristics that make them all great centers. My son has attended all 3 centers as well and the care and attention he gets from his teachers has been amazing! He has learned so much from his time here. The staff is warm and welcoming and are always wanting to build a relationship with the child and their family. Staff members are able to answer questions right away or get an answer rather quickly. I would recommend A Step Ahead to anyone with a need for childcare!

I highly recommend A Step Ahead in Bellevue! Riley is a fantastic director, very responsive and professional. I appreciate being able to communicate with her and the staff during the day and am thankful for the pictures/updates I get during the day. I have loved all of the staff there and so have my children. I also appreciate the flexibility, only going 1-2 times a week. If you’re looking for a great place for your children to go where you can feel confident and comfortable they’re in good hands-look no further.
