My wife and I have owned this daycare since the summer of 2015. We've never heard of some of the people that have posted negative reviews here. We do know 1 of the people who posted negatively and that post only contains a rating with no explanation. It is disappointing to see negative posts from people who haven't brought their kids to our center under our ownership. If you are reading negative reviews, please understand that most of those people have no first-hand knowledge about our daycare. That said, my wife and I aren't perfect and neither is our staff. However, we strive to hire the best available people and to continuously train them, with the ultimate goal of providing a safe, healthy, loving, clean, and educational environment for our kids.

I have had my grandson here a little over a month and a half and this place is phenomenal!! The staff are great with the kids and really communicate things well with parents. The management are engaged and wonderful to parents The place is clean. The curriculum is fantastic The cameras are a nice touch allowing you to get that quick fix so you feel like you get to be a part of your child’s day. The owner is so approachable and nice! I am so glad to have found this center!

I'm going to write this as a previous employee. I worked there maybe 3 weeks. I was in a car accident and ended up losing my baby at 7 months pregnant. My last check was taken from me completely. I was in the hospital for a whole week and they knew it and still took all my check. On top of that a lot of the younger staff would yell at the kids and it was obvious they were frustrated and didn't want to handle the situation. At first it was really nice working there then started going down hill. I really could've used that little bit of check money for my medicine after my accident but nope. Just be lucky I won't be petty and take it to small claims court.

My daughter attended A2Z from Feb 21- May 21. I thought we had found the PERFECT place for my daughter who started there at 2 yrs of age and turned 3 while in attendance. Amy and Robyn were super nice and got us right in and I LOVED that there were cameras. There were a few times I emailed or called the center about the way staff were handling children in the toddler 2 room, picking up children by their hands and pulling them along impatiently as fast as their little legs could carry them . Mind you even with no audio I could tell if the teacher was “in a mood” that day . Amy and Robyn always assured they would pull cameras and address immediately. There was a time I pulled up and heard a younger girl talking to a child just MEAN ,-and my daughter was just being transitioned to preschool 1. Again sent an email stating what I heard and hoping “that wasn’t going to be ***** teacher .” Several times I picked my child up SOAKING WET and nobody could ever tell me why without someone having to go “ask”. I was told she liked to play in the water when washing hands. I thought hot myself - that’s an awful long time for her to get to play in water and nobody knows and could put her in dry clothes before she leaves! Are they even paying attention? I I had signed more incident reports for my child at this center to any other one she has been to! The last 2 being VERY serious . I came to get her and she was crying uncontrollably- nobody had called me to tell me what happens they just hand me an incident report saying her fingers were smashed in the door by another kid! I took her straight to urgent care. They did an X-ray and said soft tissue damage and bruising but that she was ok. 2 weeks after that same hand and one of the same fingers that got slammed gets stuck in an “educational toy” but nobody could tell me which one right away . Robyn didn’t even know about it until I asked which toy. The day after that her WHOLE fingernail was gone! Back to urgent care for the second time. Soaked her little hand and did another X-ray to be safe and the doctor told me her finger nail may never come back !! I started making appts to tour other centers after that. Meanwhile, i start getting more and more emails about how my daughter won’t nap or stay put on her mat for nap time. Had to go sit in the office with Amy and how they were “not equipped to give her 1:1 care “. Told she couldn’t stay in office all of nap. Told things like she does not function the way the other kids do there and that she was a young/immature 3. Mind you she just turned 3 and JUST transitioned into Preschool 1. Kept saying the word behind and saying “I’m not saying you should have her tested”. They wanted her to see her doctor for it! So I reach out to the dr , dr tells me she is a typical 3 year old and that she won’t see her for whatever is going on. So I reach out to behavioral to appease them while trying to find somewhere else. Then one day they are telling me how they just can’t do 1:1 and that I would probably have to LEAVE WORK to come get her ! What are we even saying , this is a daycare not a school! So single mom of 3 kids here LEAVES work and pulls her that day . Took a couple days off and found her a place .. Now, let me just say that in no way is my daughter behind or delayed ! She is smart as a whip. Knows her shapes her colors can count to twenty sings songs and carry on conversations. I feel they were horribly under staffed and didn’t want to have to go above and beyond to build a relationship with my sweet girl. Which is fine because we have found a place that showers her with love and have not had one problem . So if you want a place that barely watches your child &doesn’t care to build relationships w your child and don’t mind urgent care visits then A2Z is the place for you !

We briefly went here and I cannot day I have any complaints. This daycare was clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and polite. My child (we started attending during COVID, so it’s a little different for drop off and pickup than previously) always reached out happily to the providers who greeted us at the door to take him back to his class. They have streaming cameras here so you can check on your child during the day. Regularly I saw teachers reading books to the kids and engaging in activities with them. They went outside twice a day. There is a very cute covered outdoor area and they do a water table activity on Mondays! For anyone who had issues I don’t know what those parents did, but we always talked to Amy or the owner and they immediately addressed AND corrected what we brought up. This place is great, and they care! Some of these other reviews here seem to be people that don’t speak up when they should and therefore never gave the staff and teachers a chance to correct anything.

My school age son has gone to A2Z since Oct of 2017. I’ve always had great interactions with the teachers and directors. My son enjoys his time there. He is also a special needs child so I make sure to pay attention to how he acts when he comes as he is very sensitive to some situations. He ALWAYS wants to come back and has a great time with his teachers and other students. I highly recommend this daycare and for anyone thinking of bringing their child here please take a tour, talk to the directors and owners (who are there very often). You will see for yourself it really is a great place that cares about the kids.

We had a really lovely experience at A2Z. Our daughter was in the infant 1 and infant 2 class and we always knew that she was safe; the cameras were helpful for my momma heart and if I ever didn't know what was going on I could call and they were really nice about it (addressed any concerns right away too). The teachers truly cared about our daughter and we could feel and tell that whenever we dropped her off/picked her up. The teachers communicated with us how her day was and if they noticed anything with her that day (if she was more cranky than normal, if she seemed like she wasn't feeling good, etc). The director, Amy, was kind and always open to talk if we needed anything. I highly recommend A2Z for infant care, truly the teachers are so lovely and loved our little girl so well.

I work here, and I ABSOLUTELY love my job! The staff there is literally treating me like I'm family! They do the same for the kids! They are very family oriented when it comes to the kids and their employees!

I had my son enrolled in Feb 2022 to May 2022. He had come home with MULTIPLE bruised bite marks and not ONCE was I even told he was bitten. I decided to join their team and be able to work in the same center as my boy. I immediately pulled my son, and myself, from the daycare after a few hours of being there. I witnessed children literally punching, kicking, and pushing each other on the playground. The teachers never responded with more than a “don’t do that” from across the play area. There was one child who fell off the equipment, hitting their face on the ground, and the teachers didn’t even bother checking on them. When it was time to go inside and do centers, there was one little one that “has issues and never does what they are supposed to”. The teacher completely dismissed the child and didn’t bother attempting to get them involved or learning in any way. Any time I checked the cameras, in the toddler room, my child was always off and away from the children. I know this isn’t normal, he is thriving and constantly involved at his new daycare. This is one childcare facility where you definitely get what you pay for. Cheap care is amazing, until you see the quality of care they give. It’s not worth risking my child’s safety.
