First off let’s start off with my pregnancy test which they must do to confirm a pregnancy... went at 10 am, waited about 45 min and no one helped me. I had an appointment with my work so I ended up leaving and returning at 3:15 that afternoon. I again waited 45 min and when the tech brought me back he said that since I had just got there they may not be able to give me the results right away and I would have to return. This really annoyed me as I had waited now 2 hours and I was going to take off work. They made it work, but I had to hussle. This place doesn’t work around a working dependent schedule. This is my third child and made me go to a useless pregnancy class that I gained nothing from. Communication is not the best. Tried to schedule an appointment with radiology and they don’t have anything over lunch and their appointment times are very limited not giving a working person any options. This is the worst first impression with this place. I am supposed to have my child here and I am extremely stressed!

I have never had a problem with the doctors. Getting in to see a doctor is hard. Half the time we just go to urgent care. They do have walk ins but it is only for a certain issue with no other symptoms. There are some days I can get same day appointments but it is rare. The pharmacy is the WORST place ever. I moved all our medication to off base and I pay out of pocket , unless it cost a lot then it goes to base. My wait time is always 25 plus minutes. I have had days were I waited an hour to get medication. I have not changed from prime to standard for the fact we don’t go to the doctor that much anymore so no point to go off base and pay deductible or copays,

They never pick up the phone... and they rig the appointment system so that they don’t have to do much work after the first two weeks of the month

Lacks personal care and is UNCARING. Most diagnosis are rushed and generalized. My wife was getting tested for cancer and had to take her own CD across Omaha to have a specialist analyze the data; why couldn't the Clinic send the data electronically instead of making a stressed out woman drive across town to deliver a CD - the whole time she's on the verge of tears and worrying about the her and her family's future? Incredibly uncaring.

I made an appointment at the clinic (which is my primary care facility ) to get stitches removed and find out if I needed an antibiotic or something else to clear up a sinus/ bronchial infection. I told them I tested negative for covid. They made my appointment just to have the clinic call me on the day of my appointment to tell me the doctor would not see me and that I needed to find an Urgent care and go there. As a 26 year retiree I am angry to say the least. I understand COVID don't get me wrong but this is not right nor is it in line with the hippocratic oath that they practice by. I have had allergies that they have provided meds to for years, sinus infections well documented, bronchitis a number of times and just got an inhaler and tessalon perles. Now we are too afraid if you sneeze, cough, or say the air is heavy to treat people in the clinic, let's send them someplace else. Btw, my doctor is civilian and probably the nurse on the other end of the call. If you can't treat us out of fear, get out of the federal system and see if you can practice in the civilian sector. I paid my time dearly and I want the medical care I was promised! I have always defended military doctors but am I now seeing that we are stuck with civilian doctors and nurses that are bottom feeders, have we settled for people to care for us that really don't care at all? This is not right, not right at all. I'm not done with this.

The drive-thru BX Pharmacy is not an ideal situation. Today the wait was 1+ hours to survive the queue and advance to the front of the line. Nonetheless, the men and women who work the line are absolutely professional, friendly and cordial. I wish I could thank each and every one of them individually because they deserve a smile, a pat on the back, and a sincere thank you. You are having a great and positive impact on thousands of people.

Horribly run radiology dept. Older lady with black hair/tech is very rude and unprofessional. The ladies who work at the check in desk in radiology are extremely unprofessional and loud. I heard so much stuff I shouldn't have while waiting on my husband, including bad mouthing of coworkers and patients. After sitting there an hour and a half one of them asked if I was waiting on them. Too busy bsing to notice. They also made my husband take his wedding band off even though he's never had it off. Very upsetting. I also heard the ladies admitting they don't answer their phone. What is wrong with you and that place?! Horrible and so unprofessional. Will never go back.

They refused to see me because I was 5 minutes late to my appointment. Had to reschedule 3 weeks from now. Never been here before so finding the dental clinic in the top floor of the south tower made me late.

I’d give zero stars but it won’t let me. Nothing about this clinic is about quality care. If they work you’re lucky to get an appointment and/or care. Apparently chain of command is ok with this disaster of a medical facility. I’d be embarrassed to say I work there and with our current society I’m sure it makes the Coc proud.

One technician in the lab today to work both desk and drawing blood. Arrived and took number 87; counter was at 82. While I waited, two people walked in and did the "I just want to ask a question" routine and then were allowed to the front of the line. I departed just shy of 2 hours later. At least one mother w/kids left before me without receiving service. It might be time to shut this clinic down.
